SEATOTJN V. HUTT. On Anniversary Day a Seatoun Club team, consisting of Bradley (2), Berry, and H. Wyatt journeyed to the Hutt green,' and had a delightful day's play there. In the morning they played pairs games, and in the afternoon .were pitted against . Godber, Merrick, and Babington (s.). The pairs games were won by Seatoun by four points, and Hutt won the link jame by three points, so that tho Seatoun rink was :i one-point. winner on the aggregate. To mark the is to be an annual one —tho Seatoun rink was presented with a beautiful enamelled shield, having on its glossy surface the representation of a bowling green, with the figure of a bowler standing out in high relief. This shield was presented to Mr. Wyatt by Mr. Ba.bfngton, who, in the course of a graceful speech, referred to the event as one that would cement the friendship that existed between the two clubs—a friendship which h' felt sure would stand as long as the p-' vnacles weathered the waves off the liistoric coast the visitors came from. PETONE AND GREY TOWN. The annual fixture between Greytown and Pe'tone took place at Petone on Anniversary Day, and a very pleasant time was spent. There were three full rinks, all of which were well contested, and Petone won by a slight margin. Juniors: Khandallah v. Petone—The following have .been selected to play for Petone on' Saturday next:—At Petone: Coffey, Skykes, Hope, Milne (s.)-INTER-CLUB MATCH.
