DISPLACED BY STORMS. Copenhagen, January 21'. Swedish torpedo-boats discovered a' drifting minefield' north of Kalmar. Many of the .mines exploded on the coast of Bornholm, damaging houses. It is believed storms displaced pari of the' German minefields at the mouth' of tho Baltic—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
