The captain of the Netherbv Hall, in an interview, said ho sent out the signal 5.0.5., but a shot across his Bows compelled him to cease. The raider is equipped with, -several machine-guns, besides cannon. The speed of the raider is 22 knots. The engine-room workers are whipped like animals.
