GENERAL TOWNSHEND
VICTIM OF TURKISH REVENGE. Zurich, January 19. An official telegram from Constantinople states that General Townshend has been removed to a fresh place of internment, as a precaution. Unofficial messages say the act is one of revenge for Britain's participation in the decision to expel Turkey from Europe.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
