Parcels for dispatch by steamers and trains, with the oxcoption of tho usual ferry steamers for southern offices, close at the Chief Post Office, Wellington, one hour before the advertised times of closing of moils. Tho parcel-post mail per Main Trunk express closes at the 0.P.0. at 11.30 a.m., and for the south per ferry steamer at 6.45 p.m. Late letters for mails beyond the Dominion cannot in future be posted on tho steamer, but must bo posted in the lateletter posting-box at the Chief Post Office up to the appointed timo shown on the mail notice. All tho principal mails by train and steamer close at To Aro and Courtenay Place.
