KULTUR IN THE COLONIES
DR. SOLA'S SENTIMENTS. Amsterdam, January IS. Dr. Solf, German Colonial Secretary, speaking at Berlin, regretted the dangers of the Snmoan and Now Guinea natives lapsing from Kultur and German Christianity under the Australasian administration.
He claimed that Germany would certainly get her colonies back, becauso the army and navy would: bo victorious in Europe, where their fate would be decided.—Reuter.
