Tho Royal Warwickshire Regiment, which hits suddenly added Hie names of two heroes to its already illustrious roll —first Colonel Elkington, and then Second-Lieutenant Butters, tho gallant Amorican officer—is one of the oldest in our army, having been brought on tho establishment in IU6S. It first fought at Namur in 1695, but won its chief honours at the Battle of Saragossa.
