Tlio "Pall Mall Gazette" says it is probable tho Imperial Conference will arrango for a continued Dominions' representation during tlio war. Cabinet is favourable to Hie suggestion that each Dominion should appoint a representative who would be available for consultation and attendance at Cabinet, thus securing continuity of policy. The. appointment of a Dominions' Secretariat is also urged.— Xus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
