SOUTH CANTERBURY LAND SALE.

Messrs. Guinness and Le Cren, Ltd., .have been' instructed by the executors ' 'of tbo lato Carlisle Studholine, to offer for sale by public auction at thoir Waimate land sale rooms, the whole of the freehold and leasehold properties, Pent- ■ land Hills, comprising 2470 acres freehold- aud 053 acres leasehold, and. Kaiwaru, of 7932 acres freehold, 15,372 acres leasehold. These properties' will be offered as going concerns, with the following stock: G993 ewes, 2611 wethers, 213 merino wethers, 3650 lambs, 134 rams, and 18 Lincoln rame, a total of 13,619 sheep.
