SULTAN REFUSES TO ATTEND London, January 14. The Sultan of Turkey has refused to' attend the forthcoming Conference of Enemy Sovereigns, as a protest against tlie policy regarding Poland. Djavid Pasha will attond as bearer of tho Sultan's autograph letter.—"The Times." TURKISH LEVY EN MASSE London, January 14.
