GIGANTIC BANK FOR CENTRAL POWERS
(Rec. January 15, 10.-I0 p^m.) Amsterdam, January 14. The "Neiio Pester Journal" slates that capitalists in Germany and Aus-tria-Hungary are negotiating for the creation of a gigantic banking concern for the Central Powers. It is stated that fifty millions sterling have already been raised through German enterprise.
