GERMANY'S LATEST EFFORTS. . London, January 12. The latest of Germany's continued efforts to raise a Polish army is that sixty Russian Polish, officers, who were prisoners in Germany, were sent to Wa'rsaw_ on a month's leave, at the end of which they , were_ to have the choice of joining the Polish, army or returning to the prisoners' camp. The German _ authorities banqueted them, and declared that they would.be expected to influence the spirit of the people, -who are displaying no enthusiasm regarding the army scheme.— Router.
