SUGGESTION FROM FRANCE. (Rec. January 14, 5.5 p.m.) Paris, January 13. ;A Parliamentary group blown as the National Aotion Party has resolved upon urging the appointmont of an i&tcr-Allied~General Staff to adviso the Governments on the war, and tho appointment of a Commander-in-Chief by common consent, assisted by the InterAllied Staff, who, if necessary, might amalgamate tho different troops.—Router.
