q CASES AT OPOTIKI. By Telegraph—Press Association. Opotiki, January 14. The Military Service Board sat today. Most of the appellants asked for time to arrango their private affairs. About sixteen appeals were dealt with, exemption for various periods being granted in several ca6es. Some of the appeals were -withdrawn. Tho board intends, after sitting at Rotorua, to sit at Hamilton for several days, and would then proceed to Auckland to hear the appeals of men who had been called up under Section 35.
