Baxter's farm at Seafield, consisting of 1300 acres, for tho purpose of settling returned soldiers. Tho farm is ideal sheep land, and will grow light crops of oats. Dalgcty aisj Co. advise that the coastal steamer Orepuki is expected here from Lyttalton to-morrow, and will sail to-morrow afternoon for Nelsou, Terakohe, nnd Nydia Bay.
