INTERNED WAR VESSELS
TAKEN OVER BY HOLLAND. (Rcc. January 9, 6.45 p.m.) The Hague, January S. The Naval Minister has announced' that in view of delays in obtaining war material, negotiations have been' concluded for Holland to take over one British and one German interned submarine. He also expects to acquire a German minelayer.—Reuter.
