"Reader." —Every reservist drawn in the ballot is required to go before a Medical Board constituted under the Military Service Act. _ A certificate of mcdical unfitness issued by a civilian doctor will not suffice. The certificates produced before tlio Military Service Boards are those issued : by the Mcdical Boards.
