KARORI AFFAIRS
At last evening's meeting of tbe Karori Borough Council the Mayor (Mr. B. G. H. Burn) presided, and there were also present Councillors A. Hamilton, T. Lower, E. T. Pell, and W. C. Cooper. Tlio matter of a resident who' had forced the gate of the Karori pound to get out a cow which bad been impounded was referred to the Finance Committee for inquiry.
On the recommendation of the traffic, manager of the Tramway Department of the City Council it was decided to run two extra cars on the lCarori section, to leave the Council Chambers at 1.5 p.m. and 1.45 p.m., thus making the . twenty-minutes servico to start from 1 p.m. instead of 2 p.m.
