LEAKAGE OF POTATOES
BOARD OF TRADE INQUIRY. London, January 7. The Exchange Telegraph' Agency states that neutral ships leaving Cardiff are, allowed to tako twenty times as many potatoes as the crews require. It is believed the excess is going to onoiny countries. The leakage is serious, and the Board of Trado is iuquiring into the matter. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
