THE PRICE OF MILK
A QUESTION FOR CABINET. . It has been reported to the Minister of Commerce (the Hon. W. D. S. Mac Donald) by the Board of Trade tha!;'the-Dairy Farmers' Co-operative Association are putting up the price of milk for the supply of Wellington City from the beginning of this week. Tho Board of Trade considers that the increase is not justified, and Mr. MacDonald intends to bring tho matter under the notice of Cabinet for con- ■ sideratidn to-day. No announcement ; has-yet been made that the milk vendors intend to pass on the increase to 1 the public.
