OFFICIALS DISMISSED

Vienna telegram to the _ "Lokat Anzeigcr" says there is practically a new political crisis in Austria owing to the Government's refusal to fulfil tho late Emperor's promise to give Home Rule to Galicia. ' . ~,,,, Hen; Sylvester, tho President of the Austrian Parliament, has resigned. _ Numerous changes have been made in important administrative offices. .Herr Kokolren, Presidenf'of- the PocS Department, lias been dismissed, and Baron Maccio and Count Forgach, two Under-Secretaries for Foreign Affairs, have resigned.—Reuter.
