The sorious illness of Lord Cromer bas delayed the completion of the Dardanelles Commission report on the initiation of the expedition. 3lr. W.'H. Massingliam, editor of "The Nation," states that the findings of the Commission are not -unanimous. There will be a minority report by Mr. Walter. Boach.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
