ADDETGTON MARKET. By Telegraph—Prces Association. r Chrlstchurch, January 3. At Addingtpn Market, to-day thoro were largo entries, of almost nil classes of stock, and there was a good attendance. Fat cattle wero somewhat irregular, but prices were Rood. Store sheep, which wero offered in small numbors, were firm at late rates. Fat lambs, especially prime quality, sold under keen competition from exporters, and averaged fully 81d. per lb. over all. Mmo fat sheep were firm, freezing buyers operating freely, and the average price given was 6Jd. for wothers and 6d. for owes per lb. over ell. not quite- prime wero rather easier. Storo cattle and pigs sold -well. Store sheep: Two-tooth ewes, 27a. to 28s. 9d.; four-tooth owes, 315.; sound-mouth, ewes, 21s. 3d.; sound-mouth ewes and lambs, all counted, 17s. 6d. to 19s. 3(i.; two-tooEh aethers. 235. 9d. to Ms. 9d.; two and four-tooth wetheis, 255.; four and six-tooth wethers, 275. to 275.
