COMPLETE WITHDRAWAL URGED (Rec. January 3, 6.50 p.m.) London, January 2. The "Daily Mail" urges the partial or complete withdrawal of the Salonika expedition, whioh is a burden equalling Gallipoli, playing the enemy's game of weakening the Allies, who are achieving no good by using troops, warships, and shipping needed elsewhere.
