(Commahder-m-Chief of the British Forces in France and Flanders) to be a Field-Marshal. Lieutenant-General Sir H. S. Rawlinson to be General. Lieutenant-Generals H- S. Horne,.G. / F. Milne, the Earl of Cavan.-Sirs L. E. Kiggell and H. P. Gpugh. to be Lieu-tenant-Generals. ■; 1 .'""■'.. Major-General Frederick , Smith to be Honorary ' LieutfinantGeneral.—Alls.-; N.Z.
