Milne, the Earl of Cavan.-Sirs L. E. Kiggell and H. P. Gpugh. to be Lieu-tenant-Generals. ■; 1 .'""■'.. Major-General Frederick , Smith to be Honorary ' LieutfinantGeneral.—Alls.-; N.Z.
