FRENCH RESIDENTS PILLAGED. (Roc. December 28, 8.50 p.m.) Paris, December 27. Refugees from Lillo state that the town has beon Germanised. French residents have beon pillaged and turned out, and German officers, with their families, are occupying the best houses and hotel?. All bronze and copper have been seized and sent to Germany.— "The Times."
