SUDDEN DEATH
By Telegraph—Press Association. 1 -, •' Hokitiha, December 27. A man named John M'Rae, aged 45, dropped dead on the steamer Defender whilo stowing timber in the hold. M'Kae's mother and brother reside at Lyttelton.
