Sunstroke and Paralysis are one and the Jjg|p same 'thing. 1 . j^Jp At least that is the deliberate, conclusion of Mr. J.. Clement Cuff, F.L.5., A.A.T.E.E., who has made a special study of the subject. A J If Mr. Cuff is correct in his' decision, and there is no reason for doubt in tho matter, then it is obvious that if Infantile Paralysis is only another name for sunstroke, thon if we prevent Sunstroke, then we prevent Infantile Paralysis, and that is quite a simple matter. . Tho active rays of tho sun are the most powerful producers of sunstroke, and it stands to reason if the head is adequately pro- - tected sunstroke is impossible. Mr.. Cuff says that the best protection for'the head against these powerful rays is red lined hats —practically it mean s placing the head into a sort of photographic dark room. ' . WE HAVE THE RIGHT SORT OF HAT'S' FOR,- CHILDREN IN THE CREAM PEDAL STRAWS,, LINED WITH A NICE SOFT RED FABRIC. . PRICES, 4s. 6d., ss.
