WEAK AND EMACIATED
SERBIAN PRISONERS IN AUSTRIA. London, December 18. The Serbian Legation reports that an escaped Russian priest describes the Serbian prisoners in Austria as weak alid emaciated. They search for Toots to eat. He never saw a more wretched set of men. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
