DUTCH CELEBRATIONS. Johannesburg, December 17. _ The greatest gathering of Dutch sinca before the Boer War iras held' to celebrate Dingaan's Day at Paardekraal. [Dingaan's Day is December 16. the anniversary of the battle in 1838 when the Boers orushed the Zulu King Dingaan. Paul Kruger, then a h"oy of 13, took part in the battle, and ho was buried at Pretoria on the anniversary iu 1904, having died near Lake Geneva live months before.]
