Herr Batocki, the German Food Dictator, while attending the AustroHungarian Food Conference at Budapest, stated that twenty-five million .hectolitres (70,000,000 bushels) of grain, including twenty-one million hectolitres (58,800,000 bushels) of wheat wero captured in Rumania.
