FINANCE AND THE AURORA. By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, December 14. The Hon. James Allen, Defence Minister, saj's the solo question now about the Aurora is finance. Australia has concurred in the New Zealand proposal, and both parties are now merely waiting the acquiescence of the British Government in the financial scheme.
