ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES
DEATH FROM POISONING. The adjourned inquest concerning the death of Mary Winifred Wilhelmina Curry, who died suddenly'at 73 Hanson Street, Newtown, on November 29 last, was concluded before Mr. W. G. ltiddell, S.M., yesterday. Tho Government Analyst reported having examined the contents of deceased's stomach and "finding traces of poison. A verdict was returned that death was duo to poison self-administered.
CHAS. CHAPLIN'S LEG BROKEN
A man named Charles Chaplin was admitted to .the Hospital yesterday suffering from a brokon leg. The Hospital reports that the mishap occurred during a scufiTo in Taranaki Street.
