This afternoon a further information, charging Robert Scrapie with having uttered seditious language, was sworn by Inspector Dwyer. The language alleged to be seditious was used by; Semple in his address on Victoria Square on Sunday afternoon last. The information, like those already laid against Semple, is under the recentlyissued War Regulations. /
