Lino advise that the Port Victor (ex Muritai), which left London on November 16 left Cape Town in continuation of Her voyage on December 10. She comes to Auckland, via Sydney and Melbourne, and is due, at the northern port about January 16, and at Wellington, via Napier, a week later. The Poherua leaves Wellington to-dny for Westport, not Greymouth as previously intended.

MAKURA DELAYED. Owing to delays at America the R.M.S. Makura did not get to Suva until Saturday—two days late—and was consequently two da'ys late getting to Auckland, where she was to have arrived yesterday evening. She was to have loft at 11 o'clock last night in continuation of her voyage to Sydney. .-THE WESTBALIA; y The Huddart, Parker Co. advise lhat the Westralia. will now leave Auckland for Sydney direot on Tuesday, December 19, instead of Monday next. She is due here from Lyttelton on Friday, and leaves the same day for Auckland, via ports. From Greymouth, via New Plymouth the Regulus is due on Friday with a part load of coal. She : sails for Picton the same day. - - * The Blcnhoim is due here from Pelorus Sounds and Havclock on Friday, and will probably return to those ports the same day. The Kapuni left Puponga yesterday for Patea, and will got to Wellington from the latter port on Thursday, returning the same day. ~ ■ The Calm is due from south on December 15, and will leave for Wanganui tho same day. She goes south again from Wanganui without calling at Wellington, and is due back here from south on December 22. Mr. F. J. Annan, eighth engineer of the Moeraki, has come ashore on sick leave. Thc'Himitangi left Lyttelton last evening for Waitangi (Chatham Islands). On her 'next trip she will come on to Wellington from Lyttelton, and is due here on December 20. The Kittawa has beep fixed to take the place of, the Kokiri, and she will leave Duncdin to-day. It is expected to dispatch her for Wcsport and Greymouth on Saturday. She will receive cargo until 10.30 The Corinna was to have left Duncdfn (where she has been delayed on account of rain) yesterday. She passes through here on Friday, taking a small amount or Wellington cargo for New Plymouth. The Kahika is due this morning from Groymouth, and has a full cargo of tim. her and coal. It ie hoped to get her away to-morrow for Westport. For the first time a new automatic AG A. acetone light was exhibited yesterday from a circular column on Takataka Kock at the northern end of the Narrows in tho Hokianga lliver. The light is a flashing white light, showing a 0.3 second flash, followed by 2.7 seconds eclipse. It i« visible about three miles.
