BUY AN ENVELOPE
Throughout to-day the Belgium Christmas Fair Committee will sell Is. surprise packets, every envelope containing a ticket which represents a prize. The effort, it is stated, is surpassing all others in regard to prizes. Care has been taken to give the publio something good in this direction. Among the gifts arc oak chairs, oak tables, and cabincts, many valuable pieces of silverware, jewellery, ctc. The surprise packets will be sold throughout the city from 10 o'clock in the morning. The Patriotio Society's Band will play in'the evening. All willing to assist in serving packets are asked to report at tho Winder's Corner table from 10 a.m.
