SUNDAY SCHOOL ANNIVERSARY

The anniversary services qf the iletliodist Sunday School at Worsor Bay passed off most successfully on Monday. Three services were held, tho preachers being llevs. 13. Drake, A. Reader, and J. Eichards, and the parents' and friends pf the scholars were present in encouraging numbers. Tho musical arrangements were in the hands of Mr. O. Wilton, under whoso baton .a selection of liymus from tho Sunday School Hymu-book was most tunefully rendered by tho children, assisted by a few older voices, the anthem at the evening service, "God is Our Eefuge," being a really creditable effort. Interspersed solos, etc., were sung hy Misses O. Warring, IV Lynam, C. Eggers, S. Browne, D. Kireher, and Messrs. A. and B. Murie, G. Warring, and M, Moxham. Tho accompanists were Mr. V. Wesney (organ), and Mrs. W. W. Moxhani (piano). At the evening service tlie annual report, which showed the school to bo in a healthy condition, was read by the secretary, Mr. V. Wesney. Tho total number'of scholars was recorded as (0, and teachers and officers 10, good attendances of each beinfj recorded. Financially the school's position was satisfactory. An improvement in the matter of seating scholars in the primary depart"lent was promised, a number of individual chairs being on order to iniprovo matters in this respect.
