MOTOR CYCLE OUT OF CONTROL

*- : THE RIDER INJURED. When descending the RoEeneath! Road to Oriental Bay soon after noon yesterday, a motor cycle, ridden by William Broughton, got out of control, and dashed down tho slope at an enormous rate of speed, and went clean over the bank of the Oriental Parade on to tho rocks below. Mr. Broughton sustained injuries to the head and arms, said not to be of a, very serious nature. The machine was pretty badly smashed. Mr. Broughton is receiving attention at tho Wellington Hospital.
