From Sydney direct the Waitotara. the latest addition to tlio Union Company's fleet, arrived in port shortly after seven o'clock last evening, and berthed at No. 4, Queen's Wharf. The Waitotara is better known hero as tho Dalmore. under which name she loaded here for the Scales Line about eighteen months ago. Captain Ritchie, late of tho Turawera and Pateena, is iu command, and he has associated with him the following officers:—First, Mr. M. Darcy; second, Mr. J. Soul; third. Mr. A. Forson; chief engineer, Mr. R. L. Gillies; second, Mr. W. King; third. Mr. W. J. Campbell; fourth, Mr. H. L. Cameron; chief steward, Mr. J. Kemp; wireless operator, Mr. Gilligan. SIDNEY BOAT. Cable advice received yesterday by the Union Company stated that the Manuka nest weeks Sydney boat, left Svdney at 1 p.m. on Thursday for Wellington, and is duo here on Monday. She has 1230 tons of cargo and 195 saloon and 104 steernto passengers,, included amongst whom are 1Z Chinese, one Talutian, and four Indians. TAINUI FROM LONDON. The head office of tho Shaw, Savill and Albion Co. advise that their liner Taimii at presout .en routo from London, via Hobart, is expected to arrive at Auckland . on December 23. She should get here about a week later, but may bo delayed in Auckland owing to arriving there iust about holiday time. ARAWA AT. LONDON.'
