MAKING- THE PLIMMERTON SANITARY SPECIAL DISTRICT. IN pursuance of the powers vested in it by "Tho Counties Act, 1908," and the Actß amending the same and "Tho Public Health Act, 1908," and the Acts amending the same and every and any other Act enabling it in that behalf, the Hutt County Council hereby resolves that tho area hereinafter described shall on and after tho confirmation of this resolution by way of Special Order bo a Special District within the meaning of the aforesaid Acts and bo known as the Plimmerton Sanitary Special District, with the following boundaries, that is to say:— . Commencing on the sea beach' at the north-western corner of tho Motuhara Block in Block 5, Paekakariki Survey District, thence generally north-easterly along the north-we3tern boundary and easterly along tho northern boundary of the said Motuhara Block to its northeasternmost corner and the point of intersection with the Porirua Track, thence generally southerly along the said Pukerua Track to its point of intersection with the north-eastern boundary of the late Plimmerton Road District, thence generally south-easterly along the said north-eastern boundary and southerly along the eastern boundary and easterly along the north-eastern boundary to the shores of Porirua Harbour, then generally southerly, westerly and northerly along the shores of the said Porirua Harbour and tho sea coast to the point of commencement.
