The pro-Greman peace intrigues in America are attracting more than usual attention in England, where they are recognised as being on a large scale and conducted with greater ingenuity than beforo. New York correspondents consider that though pro-Allies circles may be exaggerating when they fear that President Wilson will yield to the clamour, the Allies cannot afford to ignore the movement.
