IN pursuanco of the, powers vested in it by "The Counties Act, 1908," nnd the Acts amending the same and "The Public Health Act, 1908," and the Acts amending tho same and every and any other Act enabling it in that behalf, the Hutt County Council hereby resolves that the area hereinafter described shall on and after the confirmation of this resolution by way of Special Order bo a Special District within the meaning of .the aforesaid Acts and be known as the Plimmerton Sanitary Special District, with the following boundaries, that is to say:— Commencing on the sea beach at tho north-western corner of the Motuhara Block in Block 5, Paekakariki Survey District thence generally north-easterly along the north-western boundary and easterly along, the northern boundary of the said Motuhara Block -to its northeasternmost corner land the point of in-, tersection with tlw Porirua Track, thence generally southerly along the said Pukerua Track. to its point of intersection with the north-eastern boundary of tlio late Plimmerton Road District, thence generally south-easterly along the. said north-eastern boundary and southerly along the eastern boundary and easterly along tho north-eastern boundary to the shores of Porirua Harbour, then generally southerly, westerly and northerly along the shores of the said Porirua Harbour and the sea coast to the point of commencement.
