GERMAN EXAGGERATIONS EXPOSED. . (Aust—N.Z. Oablo Assn. and Rcuter.) (Rec. November 22, 5.5 p.m.) London, November 21. A Russian official communique, denying a German report that seven steamers, laden with munitions, were? exploded at Archangel, says :"only two were destroyed, but 341 persons were killed and 667 wounded."
