Fair weather favoured the City and district yesterday. A lively nor'westor, with a shifting tendency to tie west, raised a short, choppy sea in the liar* hour, but on shore tho air was bslmy, and enjoyable. Tho official forecast pre diets from moderate to strong western lies, veering to tho north, with wsim and humid conditions, increasing, cloudiness, and rain to follow, mostly, on the West Coast and southern districts. . ,■
