FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for Tariable breezes, with southcrlies and westerlies prevailing. Weather changeable, but fair to cloudy generally. Barometer unsteady. An atmospheric. depression .of slight intensity passed over the Dominion during the week-end, and accounted for unsettled weather, with rain in many parts, but fair weather has ruled to-day.
