. : —4 The Hon. Robert M'Nab, Acting Postmaster-General, has received notice that cable messages for wounded or. invalided soldiers should be addressed care of Zeadvocate, London. Zeadvocate, which, being interpreted, means the Base Records Office, is kept advised of the movements of soldiers in hospital, and will arrange for delivery of the messages. In order to avoid delay in delivering messages, it is very necessary that this instruction be attended to carefully.
