Yesterday amongst tho luggage of a passenger departing by the American, steamer two letters were found addressed to Darcy, one bearing the pencilled signature of a well-known Sydney sportsman. , The passenger and his luggage were taken ashore. Proceedings are to be taken under the War Regulations Act.
