The "Morning Post's" Budapest: correspondent states that the Hungarian Government is considering a scheme {or an exchange of prisoners of war, fit and unfit, upon condition that the.v will not bo .used in any kind of war industry. . The Press enthusiastically supports the idea. Yet there is little hope for the .scheme, owing to the Austro-Gernian Alliance. Russia profoundly distrusts Germany.
