The annual sale ol work at AYadesi town was held on "Wednesday and .Thursday last. Her Excellency tho Countess of Liverpool opened the sale at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, when a largo gathering of parishioners was present. Tiro various stalls wero ivell laden with saleable articles, and good business was acme. Mrs. Lomas liad an attractive cake stall. . The children had a bran-tub and a small stall, and their efforts resulted in over £16 being taken. Other stalls wero: Plain work, fancy work, produce, sweets, flowers,, kitchen.
