FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 1 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for slrous and squally north-west winds, and skies , cloudy to overcast. Bain is probable generally, and conditions arc also favourable for elootrical disturbances in many parts of the Dominion. The barometer has a fulling tendency. Tho barometer .has continued, below normal, falling further everywhere to-day. Moderate to strong northerly wiuds.havo predominated, and the weather has been unsettled, with rain in various districts. D. 0. BATES.
